Manufacturing the worlds smallest HDBaseT Receiver

  |   Video

If you are a curious person like us, it is always interesting to learn how people do their manufacturing. In this video we bring you along to our SMT line showing a small part of the manufacturing process of our advoli RA1 Performance and RB1 Standard HDBaseT receivers. What is not shown is the design process, PCB manufacturing process, shipping to our SMT line, mechanical manufacturing, final assembly, quality control, quality testing, packaging and shipping. These items we hope to video and release in the near future, so please follow us on twitter, linkedin and our website.

What is shown in the video is:

Start of the SMT production process
Gold plated PCB in vacuum packaging
Solder paste application using stencil

We pride ourselves in designing innovative and quality products. Each product is inspected several dozen times through its creation cycle before it reaches customers.
